It’s hands-on, collaborative, and built around the specific needs of your practice. This isn’t a hands-off advisory relationship where we observe, report, and leave the doing to you. It’s an active working partnership — we’re in it with you through the full implementation process, not watching from a distance.

A genuine working partnership through the full implementation process: assessing, designing, building systems that actually stick, and creating the clarity your practice needs to run without everything depending on you. We work alongside you and your team, lead the implementation work, and stay in it until the work is done.

What The Partnership Isn’t

A quick fix. A hands-off advisory relationship. Or a service that works without your involvement. Implementation requires your input, your decisions, and your collaboration. Our job is to minimize how much of your time that takes while making sure the work actually moves. The Partnership is also not offered without a discovery conversation first — we need to understand your practice and confirm the fit is right on both sides before either of us commits to anything.

Path 1: Plan First, Then Partner

You complete the Strategic Practice Plan as a standalone engagement — $5,500, typically delivered within three weeks of kickoff. Once the Plan is delivered and reviewed, we assess together what ongoing support would involve and whether the Partnership is the right next step. If there is a fit on both sides, the Partnership begins from there — with a clear Plan already in place. This path suits practice owners who want to understand what the work involves before committing to an ongoing engagement.

Path 2: Partnership From Day 1

You enter the Partnership directly, ready to commit to the full process from the start. The Strategic Practice Plan is completed in the first 30 days as the foundation of the engagement, and implementation begins immediately after. The cost of the Plan is included in the Partnership investment, not quoted separately. This path suits practice owners who are clear they want a partner through the full process and don’t want to pause between planning and doing.

First 30 days: Concentrated And Foundational

Whether you’re entering through Path 1 or Path 2, the early phase of the Partnership feels more concentrated. Discovery sessions to get to know your practice deeply — your vision, your team, how decisions flow, where things break down. Then a quieter period as the plan takes shape. The front end requires your input and attention. After that, the pace settles into something more manageable.

Active implementation: Steady And Collaborative

A typical month includes one regular check-in with you to review progress and set direction, plus shorter working sessions as specific projects or decisions require. Your team gets involved as the work calls for it — trainings, input sessions, decision points — with the goal of minimizing disruption while keeping things moving.

Between meetings: Staying Connected

You’re not waiting for the next scheduled session to get a question answered or a decision made. Async communication primarily by email keeps things moving between meetings — with a shared workspace available if that works better for how you operate.

The scope of the work, the complexity of your practice, and the path you enter through all shape what the engagement involves — and we’d rather give you an accurate number after understanding your situation than a range that may not reflect what you actually need.

What’s Included

  • Strategic Practice Plan completed in the first 30 days (Path 2) or carried forward from standalone engagement (Path 1)
  • Active implementation leadership — managing the process, driving the work forward, and keeping momentum between the inevitable interruptions of a practice in motion
  • Regular check-in meetings and working sessions as the work requires
  • Async communication and shared workspace access throughout
  • Team involvement — trainings, input sessions, decision support — as the work calls for it

What’s Not Included

  • Path 1 only: the Strategic Practice Plan is completed as a separate engagement and invoiced separately before the Partnership begins
  • Formal HR advisory and final hiring decisions — supporting the hiring process through role definition, job descriptions, and preliminary screening is part of what we do; the final decision stays with you
  • Financial planning, accounting, or legal advice
  • IT infrastructure, phone systems, or technology platform implementation — we’ll help evaluate and recommend the right tools, but technical implementation is handled by the vendor or a specialist.
